Thought I'd celebrate my discovery of Lacto-Free Milk with a cereal thread.

What do you think is the best cereal?

For me it has to be Coco pops. They are amazing, even better when accompanied with a Coco Pops straw or too.

Lactose intolerant? It's a bitch, ain't it? The lactaid pills help though.

Anyway, I'm a big fan of Honey Nut Cheerios and Froot Loops. Cinnamon Toast Crunch isn't bad, but I can't have it as a breakfast or with milk, I just eat it plain as a snack!

I've never bought Lacto-Free milk. i see it everywhere though.

I'm generally ok on the lactose front, I can either have cereal, or cheese/a milk product in the day, not both. Grrrr.

What does lactose intolorent mean exactly ? I dont think i have any thing like that except bleach :D ( diareea for 4 days )

Hmm, I usually go through phases of favourite cereal, usually I go for one of the following:

Frosties
Coco Pops
Cheerios
