Parkour is not only great exercise it has therapeutic qualities to!
When your feeling depressed & stressed it will make you feel like your on top of the world, relieveing all your stress and worrys.
You will view the world in an entirely diffrecent way, barriers will become a way of moving!

You have heaps more confidence and generally a much nicer person to be around, not only that you will view the world in an entirely diffrecent way and become FREE!
All this while exercising at the same time and best of all anyone can do it male or female!
