wen i was your age i wanted to do the sanme thing
so now every other day i do
400push ups
1000 sit ups
remember every other day or like situps one nite and pushups the nevt keep switchin out
ps. you can make it less if ya want

Eat healthy go to the gym 4 times a week maybe? It will help you to lose weight and tone your body. Walk instead of car or bus and you'll notice a difference there too.:).

Don't go to the gym it's too easy to give up and go sit in a sauna. (Speaking from experience). I do ballet because it's fun, I have to go and it tones you up really well. I also cycle everywhere.

If you like to dance, you could get DDR. It actually helps me stay decently fit, but then again, you'd have to do a difficult song and play the gmae for at least a couple hours.

You could always join an out-of-school sports team if you're easily discouraged. I do softball in the summer and touch football in the winter. If you have to work as a team, it's harder to give it up.
