So, twice have i encountered unhappiness.
The first one wasn't too bad.
second time round was terrible.
I wasnt eating, sleeping more than usual, crying all the time.
After a whilke, it died down
but now I have got back into that routine
lately I have been unahppy, I have cried the last 3 or 4 days in a row
every small thing is frustrating me
I'm sleeping in a lot
have no interests, dont really feel upto eating, I'm on mostly one meal a day
I have just been lazy, and the fact I have a bit of a cold doesn't help.
I have been to a doctor but all he suggested was to write out a list of lvoes and ahts
then go back in 2weeks.
I did that
but it didn't help
what I maybe hsould have mentioned, is before going into his room on my call back
I did have bit of an unhappy moment
and cried
because I got frustrated, I was allowed the mornign off school to calm down
as I was a little rushed out of the door.
I put my 2 lists on the wall, in hope that they will help
but not alot so far
I have hurt myself in the past
which i do tend to regret
I have also been to an extent where I have smashed 2 glasses in my hand.
I have had those suicidal moments
but then remember consiquences
Everytime someone asksmeto talk, I don't actually have any reason to be unhappy
I just can't help being unhappy
but then again, sometimes I do have reasons aswell.
Help me?

Not eating, sleeping a lot and none stop crying are all common things when you are unhappy.
Even if you don't notice it at first.
How old are you?
Through 'teenage life' many people feel this way, crying a lot if anything, it can be annoying and you will snap a lot if you feel like this, I know it is hard but you have to be strong, it will pass, I promise!
What do you eat a day and how much sleep are you getting?
You might be getting more tired with how little you are eating, you need the energy!
Have you tried walking to take your mind off things?
Have you got say a lake or a river near by? I know it sounds silly but try going there, water can be soothing.
Waterfalls are good =]
Look around and take ya mind off things!
Loves and hates...that's a good idea, but you say it didn't work?
How many things have you got on there?
How long ago was it that you hurt yourself?
Try not to go back to that...there are other ways to solve things :]
Do you know why you are unhappy?
I know what you mean if you say you don't know why you are unhappy..sometimes it's hard if someone asks you, you don't actually knwo why you are feeling that way...you just are!

I am 16 years old.
It was a few months ago
Then, about a year ago before that.
Well, tbh theres not a whole lot of attraction in my area.
On the list, I didn't feel like it was helping me, but I was doing it, because i HAD to
I do things without thinking when I am unhappy
Like I had written on the hate side "Hate fighting with my mum"
and, She is without a doubt my best friend in the entire world, I can tell her every single last detail
but when we had quite a big argument, I scribbled it out.
I hate arguing with her tbh, but becasue we are just inbeleivably alike we clash.
I'm not sure about my sleeping habbits.
They are know where NEAR as bad as they were.
Few months ago I was going to bed around 10/11 getting up about.. 7:20 for school, then sleeping for a few more hours at home.
and I usually sleep around 12hours or more on a weekend.
Although, the pattern has gone down now, I slept 7hours last night.
and although 6-8 is the reccomended, I don't feel right unless I have slept a full 12+ hours.
It's like, I don't even need to be tired, I will lay down, and bam, I'm gone.

The list obviously isnt helping so get your doctor to give you something else to help. Im no phsychologist so i cant really advise what.
The sleeping is probably the exaustion of not eating, as Kaye said. Food helps, chocolate really helps, gives out happy chemicals and stuff. Try to eat two proper meals a day AT LEAST. Focusing on this might help give you something to think about.
Frustration could also be linked, we all get ratty and emotional when we're tired. So yeah, try and eat more, it could really help. =)

Try and find things that will keep you ocupied and forget about everything else.
Try writing songs to express the way you feel that allways helps me.
Or poetry.
Or getting yourself lost in a book.
Try and think of something similar to these sugestions.
It is a good idea to go places where it's peacefull.
Every tried meditating? It may sound funny but it makes you feel relaxed but it only works for some people.

Aaaah, wow. Thankyou all so much!
I went out yesterday, and I was rather happy
We went to the beach with some alcohol
just chilling out in the sun drinking and having a laugh.
Then I went onto anotehr mates house with ym cuz after the beach
& might i add pulled (Y)
haha, That made me feel all wanted and special, because I'm not particularly good with the whole boyfriend thing
and I am all abit confused with myself right now.
But now suddenly today I have gone back into a bad mood
I got good amount of sleep last ngiht
but, I was kinda uncomfy coz we had to sleep on matresses,and I have scoliosis
so lumpy matresses, I really feel it.
I think I wokeup a few times aswell.
I went to town with my 2 cousins, But I dunno, just feel funny
and I have really bad pains, like below my stomach
but I'm not due on or anything.
So I'll eat my easter eggs instead :)

Feeling quite rubbish again
stuff with school which is stated in hte relatinships one as it onvolves me and my boyfriend
Home problems
just general feeling really sad
It started few days ago
and was the worst yesterday, I cried for most the evening
I have been feeling sick for bout 2/3 days & havn't been able to really eat
because I feel sick but then I get hungry but when I try to eat, just the thought of swallowing my food
makes me feel even more sick
I feel like really empty and worhtless
I wanna be able to dissapear mentally, like... as if to sleep for ages and then wakeup everything being better and forgotten
and I even feel like I wanna go to like a mental hospital well notmental as such
ut yano, and stay there for abit
to go away, I want to pass my GCSEs but I don't want to go to school
