dude really what the hell did the parents do that was so wrong. the parents didn't cut the kid themselves it was their kid (yeah yeah hard to understand) not the parents. the bully should should be the one to suffer the consequences. i mean really my parents dont have an ounce to do with who i am but damnit its not their fault. i made MY decisions and they make theirs.

but really explain what fining the parent will teach the child. i mean damn send the child to juvi and get it done with if she does it again well ill wait till she does it again (cause she won't)

there fuked up chavs in yr below pulled out a knife on my m8 in school cos d chavs was pickin on this boy so my m8 jumped in 2 defend the boy n they pulled a knife out on him the headteacher found out and all he said to them was "you shouldnt have done dat" :eek:
Thats why there is bullyin in schools because the teachers really couldnt care less
