iam in kind of a jam in the way that i dont know how 2 ask sum1 something, and im sure you get this kind of thing all the time but i promise mine is not the normal --iwanna ask sum1 out but dont no how 2 tlk to them-- topic
there are two girls in this so ill give them names jordan and steph
iam a male and i grew up with these two girls from when i was very young. i know them both until a few years ago jordan moved away and at the time i really liked her
anyway the two girls i grew up with have stayed in touch and are still really good frendz i am still very good frendz with steph but have not talked to jordan since she left
so steph asked if i ever had a crush on jordan when she lived near us and i told her i did. this has kind of made me curious about whether jordan felt the same way and i really want to get back in touch with her and hopefully start something that i ran out of time to start in the first place but i dont know how i could do this
it seems it would be a bit random if i got her number off steph and called out of the blue i also am terrible on the fone so i dont thnk i would be doing myself any favors if i did that
and this is where i need advice, advice on a way i could somehow at least make contact with her to start with. shes not in our area often at all anymore to my knowledge

ok ok. well im dating someone who lives about an hr away from me. its a hard relationship, but it can be done we've been dating for about 6 months. and on top of it being hard. we are both girls. which makes seeing eachother more difficult than the distance alone. if you like this girl still. and u want to start things up. go for it. find out were shes at. how far? .. are u willing to go through hell for her? u gotta think about the outcome first. dating is hard. but its all worth it. whether u get wat u want or not. so look her up. i think its worth it. =]

I didn't even realise how much I miss her until about a week ago when Steph asked if I ever liked her. She lives about an hour away. :)

I know, but I'm yet to get in touch with her. Plus, I finish school this year and have been hoping to move that way late this year (due to graduation) anyway. Which helps. I will finish in October.

If so, can you get Steph to ring her when you are with Steph or something, start talking to her like a good catch up chat, then ask her for her number or something so you can talk later.:)

Why only talk to her after a few drinks? Could you not talk to her about it whenever you see her, as she knows that you like Jordan, so I wouldn't see why she would have a problem with it.

That's why I was going to tell her at the party. I would have had a little to drink, meaning a boost in confidence, and also, I feel she'd react a lot better if she was a little bit tipsy. I'm not saying she's going to react badly. I just think it would be easier to handle.
