Anyone own any UMD Movies?

Has anyone bought any UMD movies yet?

I am just not sure about going out to buy something you might only ever watch once and the only thing you can play them on right now is the PSP so its not like you can sit with your mates and watch it!

Does anyone know of anything else coming out in the future with ability to play UMD Movie discs?

Anyway I have Spiderman 2 on UMD now because I got it free from Sony when I registered my PSP. It came the other day and the quality of the UMD is brillaint, much higher than a DVD. Not as many extra features on it though, jsut some film trailers and chapter selection along with the usual subtitles and commentary. Might jsut not have much on it though because its free. Have not seen any other UMD movie yet so I don't know.

I am looking to buy Akira this week though, the best Anime film of all time! :P

You being serious?! I have not seen any porn released for the PSP yet! Although that may have a great deal to do with the fact that its not sold in GAME or HMV.

I want to find out the cheapest palce to buy UMDs.

Seems like a bit off a rip off for somethingI will not watch more than a couple of times.

I think £10 would be more reasonable than the current £20 everywhere charges!

I personally can't see how anybody can enjoy a full length film on a very small screen. Anyway eBay will be your best bet for cheap UMD's.

and i find it just as enjoyable on small screens. i don't get as distracted!

Yeah eBay has them pretty cheap.

You can't watch your TV on the bus now can you? Also when you think about, you are holding the PSP close to your face so it makes up for the distance you are sat away from your TV. :P
