1. NHS - National Health Service
2. Music - Our music is the best
3. History - We have a long and dark history, very interesting.
4. Police - Very efficient
5. Education System - Everyone gets a chance for an education

Actually a recent report placed it top out of the six MEDCs it surveyed. It was placed aboe Canada, Germany, America etc. I don't agree with some of the weighting but it counts for something.

He's right Leon. We don't have to pay for our medical help, the NHS is great. Sure, the faggot government needs to stop paying its bloody MPs so much and start giving the NHS a bigger budget, but its still a really good service.

Well a couple of weeks ago when I hurt my shoulder. I rang up my nearest hospital explained what happened, and they said they couldn't dela with it and I had to trek over to the other side of Sheffield, with my bag of stuff on a day when it was pissing it down with rain, just because they couldn't deal with A&E how shit is that. (That's the Hallamshire hospital for anyone in Sheffield ~ shite)

Then when I got there, they had 1 person on the 3 desks for A&E so I was waiting for 20 minutes just to tell them what happened. I then about half an hour later saw a doctor, who checked me over for 2 minutes, then referred me to minor injuries.
I was then sat in minor injuries for about an hour and a half, and there was only about 5 people waiting, then when I finally saw the doctor I was there for about 5 minutes, so whay does it take an hour and a half if they do quick 5 minute evaluations on all patients?

I could go on about when I broke my wrist, about getting sent to a different hospital ...again, then spending 3 days without food or drink while waiting for an operation I was originally made a place available for on the first morning I went in, then them fucking up the operation and me having to go back a week later. Then the same 3 day scenario happening again, and ever since my wrist has literally never looked the same, it looks disfigured, and I'm bound to get arthritis in it in a few years, thanks to some brilliant operations that fucked up.....but we won't go into that.

Yeah the NHS is brilliant.

Well, the Royal Bolton hospitals actually pretty good, i've never had to wait more than 2 hours, and when i've needed an operation its either been the next day, or the day after that.
And the A&E's always full, so tbh 2 hours is rather impressive.

Never had a problem with the hospital near me.

Sure I could have had a bit better treatment sometimes so I thought the judgement was wrong but I've not had any MAJOR complaints or owt for it.

2. NHS - Long waiting times but atleast we have somewhere to go if you develop a deadly disease, you dont get left to die.
