hey i have this problem with my ex boyfriend we have been on and off three to four times and there were also alot of interference in our relationship. I have just heard that hes back in town and that he asked how I was and wants to get back in touch. I dont know what to do and now my old feelings for him are coming back. I dont know what to do I need advice please.

ok i think that you dont have to be prepared for everthing just let it flo and if he wants to get back together then give him another chance but thats just me

Well since your asking for help im guessing that you dont want to feel this way about him. Just because you feel like this doesnt mean you have to act on it. Try to ignore it if you dont want to be with him. Afterall he cant expect to ride back into town and you'll be at his beck and call..

Just ignore him and try not to think about him.
If you keep in touch and your feelings are still kind of coming back your best bet would probably be to avoid him, or at least until your feelings are completely gone because the feelings could flow right back if you see him.
