What does it mean when you dream about fighting most of the time. Most of the time i dream about getting battered and stuff then just a few times where i win.

You've been teased alot in the past in School or are being tormented now, or by other people besides School and you want to beat them up so in your dreams you dream of this but you don't succeed because dreams can sometimes be realistic, but not really.
I don't know I think that's what it means because I was teased alot of in School but I just let it go and forget about it, they'll get theirs. And I do remember beating them up and winning all the time too, so I guess that kept re-playing in my subconscious while I was sleeping. It stopped eventually.
Or you may be watching too many fight nights on television? Maybe too much Mortal Kombat? :P

Depends, one of a man's aspirations is to always be strong enough to defend onesself and what he loves if a situation arises, thatl obviously manifest in a dream now and then but as where ya not able to.

I've had a couple in the past where in a battle or something but everything I do just seems weak and has no effect, as if I'm not in full control of me normal body.

Doesn't necessarilly mean its a big fear or anything but as said its something that we all would rather succeed in if we got into that situation, so its bound to pop up now and then so ya mind will create a scenario over it, but mostly going over the bad "what ifs".

How regular is it?

Like Frodo and Max Payne?

:D

Frodo Baggins (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Frodo_Baggins), the protagonist of J. R. R. Tolkien (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/J._R._R._Tolkien)'s fantasy novel The Lord of the Rings (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Lord_of_the_Rings), suffers from severe PTSD after his extremely perilous journey to destroy the One Ring (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/One_Ring). His psychological difficulties isolate him from others, and he is very prone to anxiety attacks over small things (usually things which bring back memories of his trauma), as well as unwanted flashbacks and nightmares.

Max Payne (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Max_Payne), the protagonist of the videogame of the same game, suffers from PTSD after his family is murdered by criminals. The first game in the series shows him unable to cope with the situation, as he becomes more isolate and his behaviour more erratic and prone to violence. At several points he experiments flashbacks of the murders in the form of recurring nightmares.
