First off, I despise Guiliani. He also agrees with a ban on Pit Bull Terriers.

However, he could've worded it much better. Many places ban ferrets because they are exotic pets. Too many people release them into the wild after getting tired of them, and they disrupt the environment by adapting too quickly and easily.
