Heya dunno if this is the right place to put this but i think so :S. anyways i wanna try and get my muscles to look like there actually there, e.g. on my arms and get some 6 pack muscles. but i dunnno what i should do to get this, press ups, sit ups, cuntches.i dont mind how long it takes and what i have to do to get them (except any sort of drugs) i just realy want them so please reply.

They probably won't help much very quickly, go to your local gym and lift weights maybe or find something that puts a real strain on them.

Start of small workouts at the gym regularly.
Then gradually expand the time you do them for.
And use your head. Don't go straight onto the huge weights, some people in the world are stupid ya know.

You wont get a 6 pack if you have a high bodyfat % watch your diet...dotn always eat junk try and loose weight and then pump up so u look much bigger and your muscles will be alot more visable. I love to work out my arms even though im chubby u can see how well my arms are..for 6 packs i wud just do sit ups and leg raises. For arms buy a set of dumbells or do push ups and pullups on the edge of your bed. Dont forget your diet its very important try eat every 3 hours with alot of protein. hope it helps

You could even start just by doing X amount of sit-ups and X amount of push ups and you'll get some where just remember to do them everyday but it does all depends on what your doing and you build at the current moment.

swimming, water polo, hockey.. i found those are great core sports that with relativly a short amount of time (2 seasons) will get you nice looking abs. and yeah g36calex is right, get down and push (as they say in the army). pushups and situps are always good. dont let those gay 6 second abs commercials tell you that situps are bad for you because they are blowing smoke up your ass.

I don't suggest drugs especially not Steroids because they all basically shoot your health to shit.
And just try working out more, working all your muscles and every part of your body find a suitable strech/workout for every part of you and lift heavier and heaiver weights and try eating healthy because I heard that also builds up some nice abs.
Swimming works apparently because I've seen some bodybuilder swimmers down at the beach, damnnnnnn.
