On brown bread maybe.
Rice cakes aswell. - I think the salt and vinger ones from Tescos are awesome. :D
Sorbet instead of ice cream too.

I can't think of many healthy snacks without fruits and vegetables. Instead of crisps I usually have a bowl of cherry tomatoes or carrots with low fat hummous. Some of those Go Ahead yoghurt bars are pretty nice too, 80 calories per bar I think.
Dill pickles are my favourite things in the world, they are like 5 calories per pickle and really fill you up.

A bowl of cereal never did any harm either.

Gin and tonic. Clear spirits are lower in calories, I drink a lot of vodka cranberry too, at least the mixer is healthy.

Spirits may be lower in calories, but they'll bugger you up in other ways, so just be careful ;)
I eat Caramel Snack-a-Jacks for snacks. Gorgeous and two is enough to fill me up without intaking hundreds of calories. There are also these Go Ahead things that come in packs of three; they're a bit like proper garabaldi biscuits but are more healthy and come in different flavours, too. Yummy!
(Did I just say yummy?)

I'd also be careful with alcohol in general as the calories in them may be low, but they are completely pointless calories, as in they don't give you energy and its easy to lose count with the measurements because the measurements aren't going to be exactly the same and you can just go over the top with alcohol in general. Saying that though life is for living and theres no problem in having it from time to time.
As for healthy snacks: Yoghurt, oats (you can mix greek yoghurt with cereal such as oats and fruit for a nice and very healthy snack), rice cakes, nuts, seeds dried fruit is very healthy, wholemeal sandwiches (wholemeal bread is much healthier than brown surprisingly) errrrm.. cereal bars (be careful not to just get those with all the sugar and chocolate, see if you can get the healthier ones with like dried fruit and cereal), ryvita with some sort of healthy topping, poppy seed biscuits (like a cracker you get from Holland and Barratt, I'm addicted to them).
Thats all I can think of at the moment.
OOOH and pretzels. Nice alternative to crisps if you like them :P

That's not a snack, is it? It takes me ages to make up a bowl of Ready Brek.

It is a snack I suppose depending on the person.
Many people class something that would take me as long as a 3 course dinner as a snack :P

Microwave? o.O I do mine in a pan. That's probably why it takes so long!
