Girls Bodybuilding...

I think I have a slight interest in body building but some people are sexist and think that girls shouldn't even attempt it. I want to prove to people that girls are just as good as boys at lifting weights. I'm going to get my muscles a bit bigger but not like massive ones like proper body builders. Just enough to show people that I can be strong as well as small. I was just wondering... What are your views on bodybuilding and is there anybody else here who is interested/already does it?

Especially the females though, it isnt natural. Their breasts disappear and the natural curves go.
It doesnt even look remotely attractive on men either.

i have a close friend who is a female body builder. she's undefeated.
also, no one makes fun of her, and you cant tell shes a body builder unless you know her or have seen her pictures.
so go for it!

Also, you have to think about the results afterwards.
If you can't eventually keep up with all the training and body building etc etc your muscles will turn to fat, which obviously wouldnt be nice. You might not always have the time especially in the future and you will eventually have to stop anyway, so its a big life affecting decision really.

hmmm good points. i dont want huuuuge muscles like them cos that is gross. i just dont wanna be so skinny anymore. and its hard for me to put weight on so i just suppose the next best thing would be to do some weights and get nice and toned =]
