I have a question. What does all the stuff like moderator, junior, and senior mean? Does that mean how long you have been here?

Nah its just the standard title for the amount of posts.
It doesen't really mean anythin, you can change your member title yourself in your user control panel.

Moderator, supermod, agony aunt/uncle, and administrator all have certain duties on the forum though.
