TF Staff changes.

As you are aware, Teenageforums is going through restructuring of the Staff team, led by myself. As part of our ongoing review of staff, it has been identified that a number of changes are needed.

There to be five changes to the Staff team at this time.

I’m pleased to announce that Nintendus and Darts are to be promoted to the role of Supermoderator. They have been identified as two members of staff that will bring much to the Supermoderator team.

*Jess* has agreed to moderate Chat, as well as to being an Agony Aunt. As a practical resident of the chat room, and a member that puts much time into giving advice, she’s the ideal candidate for such a role.

Out of respect, I wont make public the other two changes to staff.

If i'm honest, i was actually about to request that you remove my Supermod status anyway, considering that i haven't been on here anywhere near as much as i used to be, it was definitely the right decision for the forum. Thanks to Shane for giving me the opportunity though, but i just don't have the time for TF that i once did. Congrats to Nintendus, Darts and Jess :D

lol well I've no idea about that Cherie, but Jord's primarilly heading up the programming and technical development o the forum, I'm still takin care o managin the moddin sides so yav nothin to worry about. :P

Anyways yeah, its probably best if ya still focus on the sexual section primarilly which is what ya best at (lol), just as Ninty will be with the rants, but now ya can broaden ya scope an skills to the others as well.

And yeah, congratulations to devil for paying his way onto the staff. Git. Welcome to the team.He didn't pay his way in at all. He carried out the most major upgrades on the forum and is a lot more capable at the server side stuff than I am. By bringing him on-board we are going to have less down time and, hopefully, more brilliant features.
Yes, he is the only other Admin to help out with Donations. Without such donations the site would probably not be around any more so you should be thankful for his generosity. I sure am.

Yeah that's great, but still, he is a git. I'm really pleased that you've got some help for the forum Shane. And I'm impressed with Jordan's programming etc. But I don't like how he treats the other members.
