Best friends

what do you say to your best friend when she is saying she is ugly and she dont want to life any more because i have a friend and she keeps trying to kill her self and she keeps telling me and i cant sleep and cant eat coz of it all i feel sick and dont want her to do owt that she will regret

I think the problem must be deeper than this. Is she having any other troubles do you know? Have people said things to her about her looks? Is she going through a tough time at home or with friends or something?
I'd talk to her on a one to one about it. Say anything she wants to talk about or any help she needs you'll be there for her.
She'll always be beautiful to you because she is your friend. She needs to know that.

You also need to show her that looks aren't everything and that killing herself isn't an answer. Perhaps if you can go places with her and have fun, it will take her mind off it. Tell her how worried you are and how killing herself wouldn't solve the solution. Life does get better and people change.

i know she just found out that her bf is going out with her best friend and she is so upset bout in and she bin down bout it!!!!!

There's not much you can do.
It's her decision, you can keep trying to talk her out of it because that would show you care try telling her people care about her but if she doesn't listen then whatever nothing's that bad you should want to kill yourself she's just feeling self-pity for herself and I have no respect for people who commit suicide so whatever stop wasting our air if you don't want to live.
