Best Bedtime Drink?

What is the best drink to have when your sat at home at night? Something to help relax you and let you sleep?!

Please do not say booze cause you feel crap in the morning! ;)

It has to be Hot Chocolate or Horlicks really so choose from the poll. If you can think of any others then let me know and I shall update the poll! ;)

Yeah well I normally have it an hour or so b4 i go to bed, jus sorta like a supper drink wi ma food which it helps wash down lol. Ive never had a problem.

Hot chocolate. My dad makes excellent hot chocolate. He buys this really real expensive choclate from Switerland and melts it and mixes it with milk. Its really good.
