Why the hell has no one yet started a thread about the simpsons?! You are all mad!

The Simpsons is only the greatest cartoon in the History of existence!

My fave episode has to be the one where Maud dies simply because he picks up a sweet of the ground and the tshirt, fired from the cannon, hits her and knocks her back off the thing they are sat on.:P

The simpsons are amazing, half of the time you can't believe the stuff they take the piss out of or say

I love the ones where they do english people.
The one where they get english chocolate and just go crazy eating it all is good...i think :P

remember the episode with the Stonecutters? - that hasn't been on TV for years (as far as i'm aware - and probably wrong)

i like that one, it's a good one, but haven't seen it in time. i reckon there should be a perfect privelidged secret TF society (unless...have you alreday started one without pk ben??)

the simpsons rules, it is the funniest programme out, its been going for ages, and it still makes me laugh non stop. I like the episode where bart makes that phone call to Australia, then has to go and apologise, its just a typical moment when he drops his shorts lol! made me laugh for ages, its teh american humour i suppose! Thats one thing i will give to the americans, they do good tv.

I agree i watch the simpsons Everynight its the worlds greatest cartoon EVER! It makes me laugh my ass off. and its so old but, yet still amusing to everyone of all ages. like my four year old sister has loved the simpsons before she could talk . Actually i member she was in her car seat and we heard her laughing so i came to see what was so funny and i happen to find her . Laughing at the Tv. and the simpsons were on. lol i will never forget that it was really cute..and ever since shes loved the show as much as the rest of the family

This show has turned to shit, but the earlier episodes rocked.
Ever since a few years ago I just stopped watching it.
Used to be one of my favorites.

I just watched the two episodes that aired on C4 earlier tonight, while they are no where near as good as the classics (Season 1-10), they are still pretty good. Worst season has to be season 14 or 15, they were terrible (too many musical episodes).

Just wait for one of the episodes in Season 16 called "The President Wore Pearls", in the words of Comic Book Guy:

Worst. Episode. Ever!

Its a musical all the way through *shudder*, i almost turned it off...but its The Simpsons so i stuck with it. You've got a few years before you get that crap on Channel 4 though, so enjoy these episodes while you can.
