If he was with you for 3 years, I wouldn't think he was with you just for sex. But if you weren't ready then he should have respected that and not had it. If he totally cared about how you feel he wouldn't have had sex with you, because you weren't ready.

To be fair I do know her bf and I don't think he'd take advantage of her.
Hun if you're happy with him and you don't regret it don't worry about it. You're not the only young girl to worry about this stuff :) If you still feel you're not ready then sit him down and tell him you're still feeling unsure about it, explain your worries to him and hope he understands. If not, then unlucky for him cos you can't be forced into anything.
