Let me start from the beginning...that's about ten years ago. Keep in mind that I'm 13.
When I was about three, a stray cat had a litter of 5 in our yard. Because she just had babies we started feeding her, and eventually kept her as an outdoors cat. Up till a week ago we've never had any problems, she's a loving cat that loves to rub up against you leg as you walk by. Last friday though, she went missing. Two days later, i put up mising signs and we got no word of her. Yesterday, my mom called the pund and they said the didnt have any cats from my area in the last week so we just hoped to spot her, even our dog seemed to be looking for her. Just today, a neigbor of ours said that someone on our street had trapas set up (apparently they did this last year too, they really dont like those "stray" cats) , so my dad called and they said they DID have a cat from that trap, three in the last week to be exact, so my mom and I went down and paid 71 dollars for every thing to get her back, but now they think we have give her away because she might just get caught in the trap again :( and I've know this cat pretty much all my life and cant stand to think of her not being here.

aww thats so sad! isnt ther a law about havin cat traps :|
shes your cat, you shouldnt have to give her away, if she moves now she wont be use to her surroundings, lets face it she must be old now? if she like had a litter of 5 10 years ago!!
couldnt you have her as a house cat?
good luck anyway

No, she hates being in the garage for long, she needs to be able to roam around, and we have a dog who wants to "play" with her. and eat all of her food...

Can't you stick a collar on her to prove her yours?

When my dog was a pup, she got her back paw stuck in a hunting trap. It was really bad...she got a really bad infection and stuff. She's fine now, just has hip problems.
I feel your pain. I don't know what I'd do without my dog.

then move em away from your house and just send a letter in explainin that it was endangering native wild life in this area ... that will shut em up

they're on his property, and it's perfectly legal for him to have them

lol dude that wouldnt stop me ... my neighbor did all most the same thing ... what i did was put gun power and a whick and lit it we ran bang! ...(that was when i used to live on a farm)
just sneak onto his proptery when he is out and move them into where he parks his car so they snap on his tyres (wear gloves) and try not to set them off.

well right now we go i nand poke the thing wit ha stick, but he opens it everyday, he must think a snake is doing it.
We might leave the stick there so he knows its a person doign it and maybe he'll get the point...

Can't you keep the Cat inside from now on?
Try talking to your Parents and tell them how much this Cat means to you, try reasoning with them.
There must be something you can do to make them keep her.
I'd get as mad as hell!
