Wouldn't suggest seeing a shrink, I know people who have gone and they didn't like it at all but you might, depends on the person. Trust me once school is over life is so much bett8er I am much happier myself at college as opposed to school, much nicer people there who discriminate less and genrally a better place.

You know you can always talk to anyone. I am always here to help anyone who is going through a tough patch. I like helping people and trying to make them happier. But I think the best thing to do is definitely tell someone about it and talk about it so you can get it all off your chest.

You don't need to see a shrink. Talk to anyone. Your parents are the best bet but talking to anyone at all can be a great help.
I once talked to a cab driver about some of my problems and I felt much better when I finished my journey.
I have even talked to a drunken guy on the bus about problems and he helped more than I ever thought possible! :)

Sorry for being naive, but what's a shrink?
Anyway Iaxa, a lot of my friends come to me whent hey have problems. I love helping people and I have never broken confidentiality. Just find someone you completely trust, to keep the secret, or find someone you don't really know, and therefore couldn't poissibly blab it to anyone of any relevance in your life.

A psychiatrist Mamfeh :P
And yeah, thats the advantage o havin friends online as well, sometimes easier talkin to peopel who are far away and arnt actually involved in ya personal life, also because theyre only viewing the problem, and not the rest of you as a person cause they dont know ya that well. Sometimes ya just need to let things out I guess.

Yeah I have depression too.
The guys at your school, won't break their 'oath' of silence if it is in your best interests, for example, if you were being abused, by law they'd have to tell someone else.
Otherwise, the are bound by law not to spill....you might want to tell them that.

You sound so unhappy... And I hope I speak for us all when I say we'll try to help... But you need to find the one thing that makes you unhappy. And you fix it, If there are two things, you fix one then another. You work at it and in the meanwhile you live as though the world were the way it should be for you. This gloom will pass, I promise.

Don't always think about the bad stuff going on in your life. In EVERY bad situation there is always something small or good about it. I have two alcoholic and druggy parents who are divorced. I've had counselers call me down to talk to me about family stuff and your right they don't keep their "oath of silence". Talking to a shrink may help you. Like someone up there said, It depends on the person. Personally I hated going to a regular shrink and still since your a minor your parents can go and talk to the shrink if they want to know anything. So it may not be your best bet. Its all up to you tho. Just look on the bright side of things! I also know what its like to have people close to you die. Espescially on important days. I had a cousin die on my birthday just recently. Its gonna scar me for a while because she was only 7. She's in a better place now but I miss her. I hope I helped a little bit!

Well college is really good; while I was in hs I didn't consider the possibility of finishing school because I dis-liked it. My neighbors and other people who have finished schooling told me they hated hs also and they even enjoyed college and still like to take fun classes there. You get to choose what and when you want to take and the rooms are bigger and lower temperature (because it's been hot lately because I live in Arizona and a few days ago it even said it was 109 F in my room). The teachers don't badger you either. Plus I had my math teacher from hs and she likes me and always makes examples of me in class lol.
I haven't ridden the bus in five years but I had to yesterday (I stopped hs almost right before I graduated when I found out I don't have to finish to continue college so my mom wanted me to get a GED. I went to the testing centre and it is easy, the lady was saying that a D grade is impressive and most people fail with an F which they consider passing. Actually I'm starting the tests today) and it was so good how I met people! People who are going places on the bus like to do things like talk when they're on their way. I met five cool knew people.
I don't even want to get a car since if my mom wants something from the store or the like then I just take her car, and I mostly like to ride bicycles and now when I need to go really far I can take the bus for $2 a day which could save on gas maintenance insurance and depreciation of a car. It's nice because you're not all alone in your car, they're lots of space and other people and you can play games or do something rather than drive.
I had a group leader type person telling me that the best way to get counsel is by talking to someone casually (like on the bus) because it just doesn't feel right to go to someone you don't know asking them to "help you with your problems" as if they don't have the same ones. Go get a haircut I guess (to talk with the barber lol) or just yeah.
