umm i kinda need advice on asking ... or getting to know a girl i kinda like ... well she isnt the hottest girl but i really wanna get to know her but im affraid that she dosent like me what should i do.... how should i talk to her

Maybe if you're sitting by her in class, just say something general like "man this class is lame". Or something that can spark a conversation.
It really is hard to get started talking to someone you haven't before, but it's good if you can finally do it.
If something like her books fall, and you help pick them up, say something about like "oh, you're reading that? yeah etc etc"

just talk about something that will flow. theres no point in going up to a lass and going "hi, how are you" cos thats just lame, and no point to it, and frankly when people ask that they dont give a shit about the answer, just want a frikkin conversation, talk about good stuff that interests you or her, music alcohol drugs and sex are my all time fave convos.

She won't get fired! If people see she is talking then that means she is fitting in. Don't be afraid. ONce you get started it will be all downhill from then on!
