Im not fat actually peolpe say im not bad looking i have nice chest and arms etc but i have a flat stomach, no matter how hard i try the abs just wont ''pop'' out ill do tons of sit ups i run all that stuff but they just wont come any advice?

Sit ups eh not much. Try bicycle's or w/e those are, since you run try running some where that is all hills. I run cross country and when we do hill work outs it really builds you're ab's.

Do crunches, kind of like sit ups but only do it half way and back.

Thats how I got my muscles :)

I'd say do crunches. I do crunches since me running... haha well not a happening thing.

In addition to doing traditional crunches I would suggest working your obliques too. When you crunch, bring your left elbow to your right knee, hold it for a few seconds, and then twist in the other direction, right elbow to left knee. When you do a crunch you should go up enough so that your shoulders just leave the floor/mat.

You say you run, but how regularly? Cardio is the only thing that will result in weight loss, so if you already have the muscles, you need to burn the fat.

ya umm i maybe run a mile 3 times a week? but ya i got muscle just a lil gut
