So, which realistic candidate does it for you?
Obama, Clinton, or McCain?

I'm pretty sure Obama will get it. Hilary is too...ugh. Haha. He's honestly the only person I feel is genuine, for the most part, in the campaign. McCain hasn't won enough of the states to really be considered a serious competitor.
My guess is Obama. I'm voting for him.

I thought that.
I'd rather see McCain than Clinton, but I'd rather see Obama before McCain.

The only Republican worth even listening to is Ron Paul. And he has little chance of winning the nomination. It's pretty certain John McCain is going to go at it for the GOP in the general election, unfortunately. Huckabee is still around, though. A lot of people are saying he'll be VP if McCain wins since he'll draw a lot of support from the Southern states, but I can't see that happening really.
As for the Democrats, Obama is the least threatening. Hillary Clinton is a douchebag and totally fake and robotic. Furthermore, she voted for the Iraq War, and for the Patriot Act *twice*. She's going on the whole experience thing, but in her experience she has a lot of fuck ups, and I don't like her lol
So yeah if Obama doesn't win the Democratic nomination I don't know who I'm going to vote for. It's basically another election where you have to pick the lesser of two evils. woohoo
Go Nader.
God.
February 10th '08, 09:12 PM
Nader sucks ass.

February 10th '08, 09:32 PM
Why do you say that?
God.
February 10th '08, 09:44 PM
Because I can't stand the guy.
I just think that overall, Obama is the right guy for the job.

Fair enough. I thought it was his stances you couldn't stand.

No, hes not too bad, I just don't think he has the clout to make them happen.

Haha. Poor Nader...Always the bridesmaid, never the bride.

You'll probably find it's Photoshopped :P
Anyways, I reckon Obama should get it. Having a black president would really improve the USA's world image. Clinton shouldn't even be allowed to run in my view, being the wife on an ex-president. It's almost as bad as Bush Sr. and Bush Jr.

Bloody hell, I obviously didn't think it was real.
it'd be funny seeing them propositioned to do it though.
OT, couldn't agree with you more.

To be honest I know nothing about it, but I'd like that Obama guy to win.
By the way, from the first post, I'd like to know who Jesus would indeed vote for?

Just curious, but why do you think Clinton is going to win? And do you mean the Democratic nomination or the Presidency?
Obama has a lot of support from independents and even some moderate Republicans, just as McCain has support from moderate Democrats. I think that's ultimately what this election is going to come down to.

I don't know the policies of any prospective leaders of other countries either. Ignorance on my part I suppose. :\
But I don't like making decisions unless I'm well informed :P
That's a good thing.
A lot of people usually just vote by party when they know nothing about any of the candidates. Which is dumb.

Based on what knowledge I have, Mc Cain would be the candidate I'd vote for if I was an American citizen.
As is stands however, I am not an American citizen, and so don't give a rat's arse as to the result.

Well he recently said he wouldn't run with a third party so I guess a lot more people are counting him out of the race completely since McCain is way ahead in delegates. More attention is being paid to Huckabee, who is riding on the chance that there will be a brokered convention.
Or do you mean just in the media? Because he was never really given much attention in mainstream media to begin with. :\
