He's a bit too young for you. I think maybe it would be wise to wait a few years, and by then if you both know each other better or still feel the same way then pursue the relationship and tell him how you feel.
Right now he may be too young for a relationship.

I'm 14 and I've been in several relationships, I don't think he's too young tbh. You should just tell him that you've started to really like him and you have a feeling he might feel the same about you.

I agree with Tami...if you feel the same way about him, and you're sure that he would want a relationship with you, then tell him. I don't think you have anything to lose really :)
