I think you should just tell her tbh, you COULD drop a load of hints and get really over-flirty and stuff, but I wouldn't do that, as she might still not get it and you could end up looking a bit strange! So I think you should try and find out if she likes you...or if she might like you or whatever first, and then go from there

You should just tell her - because when you think about it, if she likes you aswell and no one makes the move, then you'll never know if you could've had something together.
I wouldn't go all over-flirty with her, because I did that with someone I fancied and he ended up finding out in the wrong way, because EVERYONE knew and was talking about it. 'Twas embarassing.
Just tell her subtly - no need to be a long, drawn out discussion over it, just tell her, and it may make her realise she feels the same.
