my fav meats prob chicken, im not so into beef etc the problem with being vegetarian is you dont get much energy food or stuff like that and theres some stuff that only meat has (cant remember its name though)

I prefer white meats to any other meats.. I don't like seafood... But I do like most veggies. Just minus cooked carrots, sprouts and cabbages and I'm fine, lol.

Because I'm severly allergic to all kinds of fish and seafood and all kinds of pork, and as for the other meats like poultry and beef, I just don't like the taste of it so I don't eat them :) . You're probably going to ask me how on earth couldn't I possiblily like beef or lamb but I just can't stand the taste, it makes me wanna :puke:

Vitamin B12, the vitamin that's only found in animal products which by the way doesn't just mean animal flesh, dairy and eggs are good sources of vitamin B12 too. I don't take supplements either. Never have done, never will do.

People in India have been vegetarian for centries, yes including the children and they are no more weaker than a child who was brought up eating meat.

no im just sayin that its good for a child to eat meat, if i was a vegi i wud feed my child meat because it has all the rite protines and stuff in it. Its a fact that meat is good for children, if you have a weak child thats had problems in its first few years its good to help em along with a good diet. Just my point of veiw is all.

Well its not just proteins but especially if a small child is underweight then vegetables arnt as effective really. Obviously its the parents choice but i personally would give my child the meat, especially if it would help a chance of survival if it was struggleing through its first few years. Obviously the childs life is more important than if it eats meat for a few years while he goes through the crucial years of its life.

I was born very small, always been vegetarian and grown up very healthy. I hardly ever get ill and although I'm slim, I'm quite tall and strong for a girl of my age.

Well for example i look after these triplets whose dad ran out on them, and the smallest one, matt, he has used to be on a tube because he was very weak and they thought he might die so his mother (who is vegetarian) started feeding him meat to get his strength up and medically it can help in really bad situations when the child might die, obviously he may have made it if he didnt eat meat but i can improve chances.
