Playing music (electric guitar and bass guitar)
Web technologies (design and development)
Sports (ice hockey, rugby, and football)

Yo yo, I'm Jess, and my hobbies include:

-being a boring bastard and reading. I like english literature. Shakespeare in play form. And some other aspects of education. School itself is a nightmare though.

-Rowing.

And of course the usual things. Music (I have weird taste really, anything goes). Films. Fizzy apple or strawberry laces, general socialising even though exams dictate i have a lack of such recently.

I lost a post yesterday in here, so I'll try to replicate it.


I wish I could play an instrument, are you any good at it?
Been playing since I got my first guitar for my 15th birthday; that means it will be 5 years next month. Yes, I'm pretty good at the guitar.

Really though, you should learn to play one. In addition to it being really fulfilling to play your favourite songs on there, it's therapeutic when you can just throw everything down and strum a guitar for a while. Helps me to sleep, and to relax before important events.

I can't stress enough how great it is to have a skill in a musical instrument. You should totally try it.
