There is this girl i like and she used to go out wit this jerk
Now she is single and i dont know how to ask her out..
she also has a crush onsomeone else...
what should i do

Maybe don't ask her out just yet because of the fact that she likes someone else, maybe tell her how you feel and see how it goes, because it might make her think. Otherwise if she doesnt consider you thinking of the worst case scenario then just say can we still be mates, sometimes being mates with someone is better then nothing but also saying that maybe it might be best to stay away from her depending on how u feel. But it is true there are many other people out there and its a tough game.
