Is there a secret to making your breasts grow? [Archive]

Okay, well my breasts are pretty small and I'm kinda self conscious about them as they don't fill out a lot of tops I wear and two guys have already commented on their size before which was a litlle embarrassing...

So, my question here is if any of you know about any possible way I could make them grow quicker...like are there foods or drinks I should be having? Or is there a medication or hormonal pill I could take to speed up the process?

Putting socks and the like in my tops don't really seem like a viable option at the moment because everyone has already seen how small my breasts are so it would be VERY obvious if I just rocked up to school one day with larger breasts. So what I'm really asking for here is for a more gradual process...

p.s. I put this in the Health forum rather then the "Girls Only" one because I thought maybe the guys have heard of something...I need all the help I can get!

Yer only 15, you've still got a lot of growing to do, a lot of girls start off small but then get bigger later on.

Also cute n perky > massive n bouncy, anyday.

Any guy with brain cells at least in double digits will tell you that nice tits are better than just big tits, it just depends on how they are, doesent mean theyre "bad" because theyre small, also dont just go on what a couple o boys say, theyll probably just be teasing.

So yeah dont worry you've still got some growing to do, and I wouldn't reccomend having anything serious done to them whether they stay small or not, everyones different, no point spoilin things, theres probably a few guys ya know who like em that way. Absoloutly massive tits arnt really a turn on at all, while more than handfull might not always be a waste, it depends on personal preference, so dont worry about em.

Some boys are mean and say things about a girl's boobs just to make them feel self-conscious, but the best thing to do is ignore them.

Your boobs will grow gradually to a natural size for you, whether it's big or small, it doesn't matter. A lot of girls think bigger boobs are better, but it's not always the case. Plus, if it's about wanting a nice guy or whatever, you'll find that you get boys who appriciate and respect every little bit of you, and they won't mind if your boobs are small or big.

There's lots of drugs out there which say make your boobs bigger, but none of them really work. The only way to really enhance your boobs is cosmetic surgery, but it's expensive, risky and not always worth it.

So for now, be happy for what you've got, as big boobs cause problems, are detramental to your health, and boys will often only see your boobs and not you.

Wear bras which enhance what you already have, if you want to look a bit more 'filled out'. Places like La Senza do amazing bras for that. ;]

But yeah. Don't worry about it!

But anyways yeah, if you do meet a dude whose worth it and right for ya, he'll like ur boobs how they are on u, and not all dudes want lasses with absoloutley gigantic tits cause it just looks crap lol, sure I like something there at least but still as I said before, you've got a lot of time yet and theyre probably ok as they are :)

I agree with both Nat and Bob. There;s nothing fulfilling about having oversized boobs that you may not be able to handle because sometimes, people with large breasts get back problems.

There's ways to make you look big if you have small breasts anyway. I wouldn't worry about it because it's just a small m9inority of giuys you have come across and they are the ones who have insulted you, so take no notice. They obviously couldn't find anything wrong with you so had to result to talking about your breasts.

The whole part of being happy, is to be happy with yourself. You have to like yourself before you can let others like you.

If you really want to make them larger, maybe you could try putting on more weight ifd you are really skinny. I have tried and it has helped for me. but don't count on it okay? Everyone is different, different things work for different people. I would just suggest beginning to accept yourself and liking yourself for who you are, and not what people want you to be.

from your age i went from a small B cup to a C almost D so they will grow :) in their own time though

I disagree, I like bigger boobs not massive but defo C or D,
But the lads saying she is only 15 isn't going to help, I do some research or even go to your doctor he will know if there are any "sure fire" ways to make em bigger...

Saying that if there perky youve got the layout for some good tits luv :)

Nah I'm not trying to impress them at all. They're my mates..but that's the problem...because they're my friends they feel free to muck around and bag me out for it which kinda gets a bit embarrassing sometimes..today another guy in the group commented on them.

And the reason bigger boobs would make me feel better is not only because it would stop the teasing, it would also fill out tops better. A bit of cleavage always seems to make an outfit.

Well anyway, I think I'm going to go see a doctor about it and make sure that I'm developing properly...and I spoke to my mum about it and she said that taking hormonal pills would be a silly idea because apparently your boobs grow HEAPS when you have kids so if I take a hormonal tablets to enhance them now, I'll have like saggy watermalons when I'm older...but then again she could be just saying that to put me off taking them...

Girls don't stop developing till they're about 21, so there's plenty of time left yet.

If you look at how big your mum's boobs are, it's possible yours will be a similar size anyway.

I'm a small B, but it doesn't bother me so much to be honest. There's always time to grow anyway.

You are a 15 year old girl. As am Biomedical Science student who will be going into Medicine, trust me when I say that your breasts will grow. Today everyone is so self-concious and they "need" to be have the perfect body. What defines the perfect body? Cleo? Dolly? All those other glossy magazines? HELL NO! The rubbish in those magazines is there for one reason and one reason only - to sell magazines to make money. That's it!

If your friends are making comments. Tell them to (politely or otherwise) to just drop the subject. It really isn't any of their business anyway. From the sounds of it, you want your breasts to grow to stop your friends from making comments about them, not because your really want them to grow. You may say you want them to grow, but the underlying issue here is the "teasing" from your friends. It is easier said than done, but just ignore them. Ask them to stop, and if they really are your friends, they will.

Like I said, your breasts will grow in due time. I know plenty of girls who were flat chested at 15 and were C & D cups by the time they were 17. I also know that most of the larger breasted girls I know, would much prefer smaller breasts.

I know at your age that most guys are into big breasts. If the only reason someone is talking to you is because of your boobs (or your looks for that matter) than they are a superficial twit. If your personality is right, it won't matter what you look like or how big your boobs are, there will be someone who finds you attractive.

Now, if nothing I said above has convinced you to wait and let them grow naturally, there are certain things you can take (and no, I am not telling you what they are), that you will have to see your doctor for. Just so that you know, alot of doctors will find it ethically wrong to induce breast enlargement in a 15 year old and they will most likely tell you the same thing I did (which if you didn't get it the first couple of times was: Be patient. They will grow naturally on their own!).

Nah I'm not really that thin...just kinda..I don't know..slim-like..I've been going to gym for two years or so, so yeah..

And I know that the number refers to the measurment of around your chest, just below your breasts but the number still does relate to the size of your breats because the bigger your breasts are, the longer the side part of the bra has to be...I can't really explain it but there's this REALLY REALLY short and skinny girl in my year with a C cup and you'd think that she'd be like 8C (if there was a size 8) because of how small her ribcage is but apparently she's a 12C because of how big her breasts are, she has to wear a size 12..

I don't know...I really can't explain it..but yeah..

And IceBurn, thank you soooo much for your comment!!!! It was really encouraging!! And you know what? I think all of you are right..I think I'm only paranoid about my breasts because of the shit my friends have been giving me about them..otherwise I'd just be patient and wait for nature to take its course.. I can't stay small for ever. I should just wait until I'm at least 17 because I've bound to have grown by then. My grandma told me that hers were smaller then me at my age and now she has like Tripple Fs (if there were such a size anyway) so I guess there's still hope for me..not that I'd want to get as big as her but you know what I mean!! lol

Thank you all! You're all awesome! I think I'm going to give this whole hormonal treatment or whatever a miss but I just hope that I'll feel the same even when my friends comment on it next..I don't know..I think I'll just come back to this thread again the next time I'm feeling doubts.

im now a 34c i went from a 34b to 34c in a few months and girls dont stop developing until there early twenties or somethng anyway so you have plenty of time to grow.
my friends a dd and shes been like that since she was about 12, she always made me feel better coz i have always been smaller than her but i dont care anymore im happy the way i am so you should be

I don't have great advice like other poeple in here, but I can say that breasts aren't everything. There's beautiful soul under the surface in everyone =] If you let the real you shine through, everyone will be so enthralled that they won't care about your bust size at all..in fact they are more than likely to admire you if you can show you have the confidence to ignore totally unacceptable comments directed at you and make people realise that in actual fact there is more to life than appearance.

I used to be like that
SO paranoid about size and what other people thought, or the comparrasons id get
it was only when i had a chat with a really good lad mate (yes lad!!) about how i felt about them that i realised there was nothing i could do about the size of them and that by being paranoid i was just making myself unhappy and self concious! these days im pretty confident with them, i sometimes think "if only they were slightly bigger" but then i just remember that im still only 15 and theres no point worrying about it as there is absolutely nothing i could do!
you just have to alter the way you think about them..and then u just accept them! :)
