I think that if a girl wears too much make-up, it covers up the beauty. :/

I have yet to meet a man who likes girls wearing make-up at all, let alone the ones that shovel it on. I think make-up should be used to enhance what you've already got, not to make you into something you're not. Minimal is definately the way forward, shame so many girls, especially the younger ones, can't seem to realise that.

lol all the guys i know don't like heavy make up at all. But there again i see a lot of girls that shovel it on and get the guys. i can't help putting on make up though mainly because i feel really really bad without it. alot of people look younger without it though.

actually i agree! i love my make up too and i do pile it on when i go out but luckily dont look trashy ahah

All the guys I know like make-up light. It seems to be a turn-off when they have too much on. But I personaly think that it's all about how you apply the make-up, and wether or not you have the right colors and tones and brushes. Makes a load of difference.

I remember at school some guys in class bitching about some guy's girlfriend and saying that she has a cake face.. i was totally suprised at this comment since i thought guys don't really notice! I like wearing concealer, mineral foundation which is pretty light and if i want to, some mascara.. i think thats considered as light makeup...
I feel self-concious when i have one of those days where i have bad skin and i'm not wearing any concealer! Never would live without it! Anyway i don't like heavy makeup either! i also hate when you can tell someone is wearing foundation and the tone does not suit their skin!

Yeah, it's annoying... If you have foundation that doesn't match your skin, better without!!
