Fifteen is a good age to do it I think. It's when you are beginning to make the transition from child to adult. Fourteen still strikes me as being a child, and sixteen... some are pregnant at that age anyway.

All in all, it's down to the personw hen they want to date and how old they want to be. No one can tell anyone what they should and shouldn't do. But in my opinion, 11 is definitely too young to begin dating.

I have known of an 11 year old being pregnat round here though. It's disgusting. Really it is.

Well I personally didn't start dating til I was 16. Not because of parents or anything, just cos I was waiting til I found a nice guy and I felt ready. I don't think you should rush into growing up - just enjoy being a kid while you can!

i guess it depends what kind of relationship you want to have. at 11, relationships are mostly together and then you break up a week later, and if thats what you want then i guess its ok to date at 11.

i guess it really depends on the maturity of the person aswell.

Hey, don't take our word for it. Whenever you feel you are ready and you find someone who you feel that you would be willing to stay with for a very long time, then you can. Some find that person at eleven, some find it at thirty. Just as long as you find that person, it's all that matters.
