So i've been told many times over and over again that we need to be drinking two litres of water a day (eight glasses of water), to be healthy.. but i'm a little confused.. recently i just read in a magazine that it's only a MYTH.. i was like "What?!"I really don't know whether to believe the magazine, cuz it's a just magazine.I know that i don't drink two litres of water daily.. hmm.. i don't think i even drink 5 glasses of water lol. I just drink whenever i'm thirsty :D

on the other hand, if you're not drinking any other fluids throughout your day, the 8 glasses rule is a good way to help stay hydrated.

Its not required, but its still not a bad idea.

Although its a better idea just to drink when you're thirsty :P

It's not true really, they recommend about 1.5-2 litres of fluid intake basically, a large percentage of other drinks can be made of water anyway.
