Lot of stress lately?

Happens to me all the time, but usually only when my anxiety starts getting worse.

I recommend hitting something. Even if there isn't a punching bag nearby, find a pillow and hit the shit out of it until you're out of breath, then do it again, and again and again. Possibly follow it up with a run if you're so inclined.

Really, just any physical exercise that gets you to the point of collapsing with exhaustion will do the trick, but hitting things helps the anger bit too :D

Yeah run or soemthing, i find if im pissed off i can run for miles thinking about whats pissing me off and then it really doesnt bother me so much. :)

Control your emotions. I kinda understand how you feel as I've been in a "similar" situation. It's not nice but no need to take it out on people. :D

Im like superly duperly close to him since he lives practically over the road and Im there at least twice a day xD

What is he in hosp for?

He had bowl cancer and went for an op to get his bowel removed and a bag put in place.
But then they decided to only cut a small amount of the bowel out and stitch it back up.
But then he stomach swelled like double its normal size and he was in too much pain to even move and the ward he was on left him like that for 2 days and said it was fine.
And then the doctor came to see him and said something wasnt right so then he went back to surgery for another quite big op, where they found an infection and cleared it up.
But he has a very weak heart and ended up on life support in intensive care.
And then his stomach jumped and the cut opened again and his bowel popped out, causing him to have to go back to theatre for a THIRD time in less than a week.
Meaning he's on life support for even longer.

TLDR?
He's a very very ill man atm.

Well i hope he is ok. And i also hope you and your family are ok.
I know how hard it is spending alot of time in hospital visiting someone, even when your not there you are thinking of them. Spent alot of time at my grans bed side in the last few weeks

I'm sorry to hear that, I understand how you feel though! My Grandad spent alot of time in intensive care when he was very ill with his heart, he sounds similar to how your Grandad was although he didn't have cancer, just heart and brain problems. He was out really quickly though, everyone was shocked at how quick he came out.

Sadly, he was never right again and he did die but he was very ill.

i think you spending time with him while he is in hospital will mean alot to him.
I know the time i spent with my gran ment alot to her even if she wasnt able to respond to me i know she could hear me and it comforted her.
