Well, to sum it up.

The owner of ARG was kind of like a dead beat. He pretty much abadoned the place and left it to me.

The owner of Teen Hut was a troll. He'd bad mouth the United States the whole time and as soon as someone pwned him, he'd ban them. He banned all of ARG because I spread him in a paste across his own forums. Then deleted all the evidence.

The other admin of Teen Hut just corked his ears and said "lalalalalala". These same admins would read the members' PMs, delete avatars that had anything patriotic to the United States (while simultaneously having an image that resembled a swastika as their own), and edited the posts of the other members.

Then there was VirtualTeen, where they were excessively overbearing. The admin there had some kind of issue with me and after awhile banned me because I "wasn't setting a good example for the younger members", even though a great deal of those members would later PM me and apologize/thank me after I showed them some tough love. This was after a few months of pointless infractions and pussy footing around it and a nonsense ban the first day I joined, which was later retracted when they couldn't justify it.

Then there was govteen, where we all got banned for absolutely no reason. When I asked the admin, he gave "unsavory character" as the reason, but couldn't explain how. Realistically, they only banned me because my feedback on a poetry thread wasn't sunshine and unicorns, but rather a detailed way for the writer to improve.

So, yes. Welcome change. :)
