How long will sheffield united stay in the premiership?
I reckon 2 or 3 seasons at the most but could even come straight back down as warnock will buy about 12 new strikers and 6 attacking midfielders and think that he is managing Real Madrid.
They need to buy some new Defenders, new midfielders, strikers and another decent keeper so they will probably need to get rid of some players like
Akyinbadbuy
dyer
short
unsworth
and a few more
but when they do come down we will be there along with Notts Forest to kick their ass.

depends really, they proved themselves against arsenal last year in the cup, they held on to a draw for ages. but yeh they'd be lucky to keep it up all season long.

Warnock a good manager? Are you having a laugh? It's took him SIX bloody years to get Sheffield United up. He's spent an absolute fortune on Akinbiyi, smashing the club's transfer record and he doesn't even start every game. The man's a clown. They won't stay up unless they strengthen. I'm sorry but joining Sheffield United wouldn't exactly be a great career moves for the the type of players they need to stay up.
The blades are going down.

When Neil Warnock used to manage Notts County, Brian Clough used to walk by their training ground with his dog and just shake his head.
Brian Clough's a football genius.
Neil Warnock's a fucking idiot.

most premeirship fans say daft stuff like that, as they dont know enough about the championship. There alot of better managers in the champions and lower leagues than Warnock. Sturrock being one.

well said. brain clough was the zeus of football management. warnock needs a slap.

yeh that's true, if we'd had one of the managers we've had in recent years he'd've been sacked after a year or so and we would still be struggling in league one or worse. sturrock has held us together and strengthened the club up with the resources he had available and got us promoted back on the path to where we belong.
warnock had united push themselves to get top of the league at the start of the season, but not only did they lose their lead, they fucked it up big time and lost their 12 point lead and almost lost out on automatic promotion. they would have lost the playoffs like last time haha how funny was that!?

Paul Sturrock is a great manager. Certainly better than Warnock. He more or less got Plymouth up before he left, got treated harshly at Southampton and get Wednesday back to the Championship.
Iain Dowie is better than Warnock aswell. Could name loads more. Even though he's a dirty Sheep Shagger, i've always rated George Burley.

I'm a man who wants to see Wednesday and United in premirship where they both belong. After all sheffield is king these two should be dooking it out at the top. Now that would be good.
