I saw it earlier today at a 12 pm showing, and I have to say, it's definitely better than the first. The plot was pretty predictable in some places, but the action and RDJ's acting made up for those predictable parts. Don Cheadle was a pretty good replacement for Terrence Howard as War Machine too. Overall, a good movie, if you liked the first, you'll like this one. It didn't do anything hugely spectacular, but it's a good flick

oh yeah, and don't leave during the credits, there is an extra scene. If you know nothing of comics, you won't get it unless you look it up, but it's still cool to see yo

Must be out early in Ohio, for some reason? I can't see it until tomorrow night, at midnight. I'm looking forward to it, looks good!

I liked the first one much more than this one. Ah well it was still very good.

Personally I think both were outstanding. Just about on equal footing on how great they were. And the bonus scene after the credits had me scare a few people in the theater. I shouted out "FOR ASGARD!!" and a girl beside me jumped. Few others laughed cause they got the reference. But what annoyed me was these two chicks who wouldn't shut up through the entire fucking movie. And trying to convince the guy they were with that Mjolnir was made of Adamantium. -.- I really wanted to punch their skulls in.

Anyway I don't know if anyone is going to catch this like I did or not... But there was a hint given out in one of the scenes near the end of the film during the final climactic battle when Black Widow is hacking the PC. If anyone goes to see the movie, take a look and tell me if you can read the screen well or not cause I found the below while she was typing...

SPOILERS!!! (If the hint is real anyway)

So it seems that Ultron may be making an appearance as one of the lines of code you could see while Widow was typing read out "HJP_ULT_AVEINITIATIVE_ACTIVE". Which if you read the comics expanded means: "HankJanPym_Ultron_AvengersInitiative_Active". Could this mean that we might actually see the Pyms in the Avengers movie with Ultron being the villain? Cause Ultron was refered to in the comics at one point as just a complicated hacker code gone sentient. So maybe this line of code is going to be expanded into it. Just something I noticed...

SPOILERS ABOVE!!!

Spoilers were above so you're all safe now. :]

But yes, I can't wait for Thor & Captain America next.

nope, definitely didn't catch that

I was hoping they'd actually make an (gi)Ant-Man and Wasp movie yo, but it doesn't seem likely due to how tight things are gonna be before the Avengers movie. They'll probably have to throw them in quickly and hurriedly explain their origin, but whatever I guess. I had heard Hawkeye was supposed to cameo in this film, but no dice I guess

Ultron would be a cool first villain in the Avengers movie, I suppose, either that or the Masters of Evil, but I'm thinking Hulk will inevitably turn on them like in the comics yo

I yelled for everyone to sit and wait for 'cookies'. So the entire theater sat for 5 minutes to see that clip. And as soon as I saw the handle, I screamed "THOR BABY! GET SOME! WOO!"

I can't wait for that shit

Dude, have you seen the image of Chris Hemsworth as Thor yet?

Yeah a lot of people I know say they didn't see it. Only two of them said that they did that I've asked. I'm wondering if Favreau meant to put that in it or not. Because Cap's shield from the first movie wasn't supposed to be there. It was a prank done by the filming crew just to build hype for a possible Cap movie. So I'm wondering if they authorized another "prank" but asked not to be told about it again. Could be interesting.

Apparently a rumor going around is that in the scene where Stark is in the prison to meet Vanko, the flash of photography that occurs when Stark looks at the prisoner, if you freeze frame it just at the right time and zoom in, you see "H. PYM" on the scientist's lab coat. But the person he's looking over isn't Hemsworth as Thor which has been confirmed by Favreau himself.

This was so me. But I didn't shout. People just looked at each other in recognition of what we were all doing.

Awesome Movie though! Loved every minute of it!

I went to the cast and crew screening last week, and was honestly a bit dissapointed. I thought it was a good movie, but it wasn't as good as I'd been expecting. I like the first one alot better.

lol hey, I didn't say it was a bad movie, I just said it wasn't exactly as good as I'd been expecting. I mean, I really liked it and all, but I'd expected it to be better.
