Who here are fans of the TV show Lost?

I am up to 2:19 at the moment, and I am really enjoying it. I (true to nature) didn't watch it in the beginning as it was new, but got to watching it a couple of months ago. It's awesome, and I watch an episode at least once a day.

What about you guys? (And no spoilers allowed, thanks.)

i don't get to see it much anymore because i am always working when its on but i get my byofriend to Tivo it and we watch it later.

i love it aswell but they are dragging it on a bit the whole point of a mini series is it is ment to be mini!

Season 1 started off good but then it got really boring and bad in the middle (it was almost like they realised that they had to drag it out for another load of episodes) but it did pick up again at the end.

I'll be watching Season 2 when it starts again on Channel 4 on May 2nd, but if it goes shit again i'll probably stop watching it, especially considering that the network that produces it has signed it up for a minimum of 7 seasons :O (of course thats assuming it doesnt get cancelled). It never grabbed me like 24 or Prison Break did (they are just awesome and if your not watching them i strongly advise you to start)

Has anyone been watching Channel 4's Lost "Replacement" over the past few weeks, 'Invasion', its absolutely pathetic...

we are like half way through the second season here. i thought lost had finished in the uk. the nxt episode we get to see a bit of the monster :)

I thought that since the second series starts tonight. i better remind every1 of this thread. *NO SPOILERS TO BE POSTED PLEASE THANK YOU* for those who downloaded the second. Anyway, back 2 Lost, my enthusiam has come back having seen the trailers and hope that this is the concluding series and that Chris' theory is wrong that there making a minimum of 9 series' as that would be tooooo long. A bit like this post, so i'll stop now. lol

There is soo many suprises which you don't suspect its unreal. Not like those crappy tv shows which are predictable; this second series is totally unexpected suprises which I doubt could be guessed.

Watched it last night, pretty good, not 24 or Prison Break style amazing, but still good. I watched the first two that were on Channel 4 and Sky+'d ep 3 because i wanted to watch Sleeper Cell. I've got to admit that i didnt like the way that they jumped back to Locke going into the hatch at the start of Ep2, it was just another way of making it last two episodes when they could have just squeezed it all into one, which meant that by the end of Ep2 we were practically at the same point as the end of Ep1 :S Still...Kate = Fiiiine, cant believe that the guy who plays Charlie is married to her, lol, lucky bastard. And i can guarantee that this wont be the concluding season, i'd bet money on it.

I watched Episode 3 last night, and all i can say is What the F*ck?!?! Trust me, the computer hatch thing is REALLY stupid. My dad actually got up from his chair and went to bed...

They get more into the story of the island in series 2 but still leaves a lot unanswered, not watched it all yet though

I've seen all of series 2 now, really good. Last 2 episodes, like in series 1, are really really good. Bit of a twist at the end too. Has anyone else seen the last 2 episodes? I cant wait for next season, gotta wait til next year tho i think :(

What was the fucking point of that episode? all they did was show that the exact same things happened to the other 'tail' section survivors as what has happened to the others, but they managed to squeeze it all into 40 minutes with even less interesting characters. I'm really getting bored and fed up with this show, its just dragging on far to long. If it doesnt liven up and stop doing frigging boring flashbacks i'm afraid i'll be turning it off.

Lost, in some respects, is sort of like The Da Vinci Code. Great whilst its there, but in hindsight.. it's all a bit shit, really. Think about it: a bunch of people on an island doing not a whole lot. You've got a fit one and a somewhat proactive one. Kate and Jack respectively. Everyone else? A pain in the ass. All that Michael does is bitch and moan and point the finger because he can't face up to the fact that he's a shit father. Everyone else is just there for token value. The token fat guy who thinks about food. The token Asian who wants to kick everyones ass. The hasbeen coke head. The incestual twins - and aren't we glad to be rid of them?

No one on that show has any appeal - some just happen to be more attractive and less annoying than others. But what does it amount to?

Not a whole lot.

That show needs to go. If I hear one more person talking about it as though it's the best thing since sliced bread, I'll chain them to a chair infront of Supermarket Sweep repeats.

I like Lost, some episodes can be a bit boring, and the constant flashbacks are a tad pointless. But yeah, when its good, its good.

well ive seen all of season 2 now nd i wont give anythin away if people havnt seen it but i think its alot better than season 1, but you have to wait a few episodes to get the full picture if something big happens, thats what annoys me.
