uni???

I have just completed my first year at college and am going on to do a second year, after this i would like to go on to uni to do midwifery, would you guys that have been to uni prefer to go to a uni closer to home or further away and start fresh. I know its still a year away yet but need to start thinking of options? :D

it depends on what you wanna do and how you wanna experience uni, im just finishing my second year in nursing and ive stayed at home with my dad, its loads cheaper and ill come out of uni debt free, soon as i get a steady job im moving out, other people like the full experience of living independantly, just gotta think it through and dont rush any decisions, if you choose to live independantly and decide you dont like it you can always choose to move back home.

I never went to uni but I did other things instead - college, work, volunteering. I reckon my teachers will still be pleased
