if you want to get fit, run and eat healthy.

if you want to get big, lift heavy shit and eat lots of food.

well i'm going to ignore the fact you're clearly retarded and tell you something.

you will never improve your body by doing something you like, every second spent improving yourself should be spent in pain. if it hurts or you don't like it, it's probably good for you. if you don't feel like crying and giving up every second then you're not hurting enough.

It's true what they say.

No pain, no gain.

After your shoddy 10 minutes of running, keep running without stopping for another 10 minutes or until you're near death. Repeat this at least 3 times a week and you should start to see improvement.

But you won't, you'll just ignore this or try it twice and give up then ask for some other help.

Agreed. At that age it's as common to give up again and again as it is in any other age, later you just lose the shit-brains required to blame it on other people.

i didn't give up when i was his age, he's just retarded.

you can teach someone how to run, how to bench press, how to fight but you can't teach determination.

then again i've had a natural since pack since i was 8, u mad?

i dont think u wanna do that now considering u are 16
if u work out now, u might cause your height to stop growing

Lots of fish, chicken and lean red meat.
Lots of milk, cheese and yoghurt.
Lot's of weight.

Cardio is good for keeping fit, no so great for muscle.

I say. It takes a lot to get a great looking body.

You need to watch what you eat, and make sure that you have enough time in your daily schedule to work out. Working out isn't easy; youu have to keep it constant.
Otherwise, if you stop, and muscles aren't completely formed, it'll go back into becoming fat. Whether or not you eat a lot.

I'm pretty fond of eating carbohydrates. I try my best to find some time to work out when I'm free from any school work.

*ahem*
anyway, you need to work hard in order to get what you want.
you've really got to sweat and feel the pain that comes along when you work out.
believe me, i feel that.

but its a great feeling, cause you know you're doing something that maybe, in the end of all the pain and sweat, may give you the one thing you want: a hot looking body that everybody will envy. (:

muscle doesn't instantly dissapear if you don't use it. you shouldn't even start losing muscle until you are about 25 at which point you'll gain fat each year as well.
