I'm doing internship in a big company which generate over million $ per year.

my family can operate new small company and I may be a director for that company.

I wonder which I should do??

If I choose big company, I will spend all my life there just like a normal staff.

If I run company by my own, I may have a chance to create new big company.

My friend told me that I should work for big company to get more experience before I can do by my own. However, I can only learn a little thing from my current job. If I run my own company, I may get lots of experience.

Pls help me

I think you should do your own business. Get ongoing experience, and maybe ask your family for tips? :)

So how much business experience do you have?

maybe you should work a bit first...maybe study business...do some courses y'know?

Small company. In particular if the financial risk isn't on you.

Even if it fails, or you'll get fed up with it, you'll still have a line in your CV saying you've managed something. And that's important if you'll ever seek a job in the future.
