Well, not that I'm expecting people to know of this series, as it is pretty much a rarity, other than the recently released Suikoden Tactics, but are there people, out there (other than Morazain, who I know has played it) who have come across, and played this series?
If you haven't, I would seriously advise you do.Though currently, I have only played two games of this seires, I can comfortably say that it is one of the best RPG titles out there. It has a deep storyline with the entire series, as primarily, from what I have come across, the games are situated around a number of 'True Runes', of which choose whom their new master is. Overall, there are 27 of these Runes, which are brought forward, in various numbers, throughout the games.
Unfortunately, being the Americans, and wanting to be awkward, the only way it is possible to play the entire series, is to import a copy of Suikoden III, of which was only released within the US, though there is a Manga series for this game, in the UK, which apparently follows a slightly different storyline to that of the game.
Truly, this series, though overlooked by many, due to its rarity in the UK, is one of the best series out there. If you're someone who enjoys playing them, I'd suggest you, at least, take a look into it.
