I'm actually clueless for this one. Everyone i come uo with is lame ha!
So i'll just post the one's i've thought of so far.

Tag/paint wars. (probably would need a better name)

Where there is certain designated areas for a tag (graffiti) and so many numbers in each team and they would have to tag each of these spots, (this includes free running or parkour or whatever its called) but if the other teams already got a tag there then you need to tag over that then leave for the other spot. Team with the most tags wins. (as each tag is a point)

Sheep, shagtag.

I'm sure Aberdeen would love this. So would some other Scots mind you. Chade the cheep, shag the sheep, claim it to be yours.

Assault courses..

All these fighting styles, on an assault course :) Each person to get knocked off or Knocked out loses.

Ok bare with me. They would need a special kind of popcorn to do this but:

You get a criminal and lots of unpopped popcorn. Somehow find a way to make it pop on a timer instead of adding heat.

The criminal stuffs or is stuffed with as much popcorn in their mouth as they can hold. Finally the mouth is stiched up.
Then the pop corn will start expanding. Should have some interesting results.
Im sure we could fit it in on the 7 o'clock schedule between X factor and Harry Hill.
