i LOVE cheese, its so useful im sure it goes with anything, it pasta and eggs are he easiest and best to cook with.
I always have cheese rolls at school. So nice *drools* toasted sandwiches and baguettes are the best with cheese!!

I love those cheeses mamfeh. My mum used to work at a delicatessen whatever they are called, and she always got me wensleydale with cranberries. And there was also one with a green wax, and that was gorgeous. And also one with chives. mmm.
But cheddar is the most...versatile i think.
