So here's a question to all you experienced drinkers..
Okay, so I've been drinking for like two years now (only been full on drunk 4 times though) and when I sober up, my whole body tends to shake uncontrollably. I suddenly become REALLY REALLY icy cold and my body just can't handle it and I suddenly start shaking really bad.
Do you think this is alcohol withdrawel or the fact that alcohol actually makes you not feel the cold so that when you start sobering up and then actually start to feel the cold, it's a shock to your body and so you just shake really bad because of it??

Maybe you have a bad reaction to the alcohol...like...allergies or something. My friend Anthony claims to be allergic to alcohol....
I've never had that happen, but I do feel like shit the next day...usually do to a hangover, though.

alcohol is really hard on your liver. that's probably what it is.
whenever you're awake when you start to sober up you're always going to feel a bit off.

Only one suggestion for this, wait a few years and your body may be more ready for it

I got that feeling (shaking the next morning) the first time i drank too much really fast (4 Jack Daniels, 2 pints of Strongbow, and 2 pints of Stella in about an hour and a half, lol). Its normal if you drink too much as far as i know, just try and take it steady next time.

Gosh!I know I'm gonna sound like your mom but you shouldnt be drinking.I've had few drinks over the years and stuff.I haven't got totally wasted though.Drinking is really bad.It interferes wit ur judgement, vision and ur muscle co ordination.Anyway i think i might be both.it all depends on how long ago you had your last drink or what mixtures and wak stuff you've been drinking.Sorry 4 preeching!

Well yeah, of course it does. That's the whole point of getting pissed. You feel so relaxed and confident and..I don't know..sadly I don't think I can live without. it's too much fun and I've met sooo many awesome people through drinking that I wouldn't otherwise have known (wouldn't have the guts to go up to them and speak to them).
Anyway, if anything I should be more worried about my liver then anything else!! Alcohol does a shit load of damage to your liver...stuff your judgement, vision and muscle co-ordination!!

I'm king of the fast drinking. Only with vodka though, the stuff that does the real damage. You have a great time after that. Then the next day you regrest it real bad.

Vodka and I are best friends.
I always pound it. I can't drink slow...There's no point, really. I'm usually the first one drunk when I go out. Yeah, it's not an ideal lifestyle, but I like it.
The faster you're drunk, the more fun you have.

Here Here.
if you really wanan be able to quit drinking meet someone whos live has been affected by it such as their parents dying, their own liver being damaged etc. See how much it has affected them for the worse and it should make you release you need to stop.
I rarely drink. 2-3 Times a year really. That's it. :/

I don't want to quit though. Wouldn't even really consider it. I have way too much fun! Can't imagine going to a party and staying sober..it just doesn't seem right.
I was just worried at whether I was getting alcohol withdrawels which is a little worrying seeing as I'm only 15..but I think Sexy.Biatch was right. I think it may be because I drink too fast...I don't even really know what it's like to be tipsy because I usually skip that stage and go straight from being sober to totally off my face. Hmm..maybe I should pace my self a little?

Damn..you're lucky man! I have HORRIBLE hang overs..I don't really get the type of hang overs where you vomit and get headaches and all that..my hang overs are more about feeling REALLY REALLY depressed..omg..it's horrible and I feel like I'm going to feel that way forever. And embarrasingly enough, once a hang over lasted two days for me. I'm a light weight :(
Do any of you ever wake up drunk?
Brianna.
