This is a really nice Video about the "vision" you sort of just develop through Parkour training.
I've tried telling people about this before and never known exactly what to say. This video, however, does it perfectly. :)

very true, just like my parkour sence tingles when im near somewhere nice to train.

just like when we were sat in leapold square walked away and spent 5 minutes talking about how nice the back stairs to the hotel/resteraunt were.

Yeah, little places like that are great to train on. We should go there at some point again, just drill some simple precisions and vaults etc. once you start moving nicely round one area it translates and works elsewhere effortlessly. ;)

It's mostly about repetition and building up the muscle memory and confidence to do all these things quickly and without much thought, then you can build up to bigger, more "impressive" things.

Ever thought about training?

should start training then mate.

loads of that looks easier than it is aswell

tho the overall message wasnt ability it was about finding nice spots to train and that even the small outlandish places we dont usualy think about can be pure gold for training

You can train absolutely anywhere. Remember all the shit we did whilst blazed, on the lines in the car park. Just gotta use your imagination sometimes.
