Are there actually people out there, that are okay with going down in history as the people who tried to outlaw fun?
Time to start seeking refuge.

Fuck. Keep forgetting that I've sold my speakers. This can't pass, can it? Even if it does, there's no way they can enforce it...

Even the dumbest bills can pass, remember the prohibition era?
but nah, IMO with the way Congress works, they won't be passing this shit anytime soon and it'll be filed away in bill hell due to all of the little amendments to this bill that they're sure to be arguing over, but the mere fact that they're even considering something like this with the fucked up economy is wack yo; I mean sure, while there are things that would benefit the movie and music industries, the ends won't justify the means. There are many companies and entrepreneurs that actually thrive off of streams/videos that they upload legitimately, so expect to see a lot of small businesses close down if this happens yo
I mean sure, this bitch ass ho Senator Amy Klobuchar says that it won't go after "legitimate businesses or people who post a video," but you have to take what she says with a grain of salt yo, especially with how loose their interpretation of a "performance" is
still though, it's better to be safe than sorry, so cutting off the head of this snake before it bites is the best option people have now IMO, especially with the resounding support it seems to have in both the executive and legislative offices; of course, I'm not trying to be an alarmist here when I say this, simply being realistic.

No, I can't imagine such a thing. Alcohol is a constitutional right in Ireland.
People have a lot of catching up to do with the internet. The system shouldn't try to support anyone who wants to stand in the way of progress.
Well, this is what the second ammendment is for.

This is ridiculous. There's no way they'll be able to enforce it. Good luck with that if it manages to get passed.
