Hey all,
I was just wondering how you came up with your username. Some people are really boring and just have their name, but others show their inventiveness and fashion themselves a cool-sounding nickname.

Oxide is probably the coolest sounding word in the English language if you ask me. It's one of the very few things I remember from science class last year and it's my nickname on pretty much everything.

What about you? How did you come up with your moniker?

Lol, I wouldn't say my name's anything fantastic or cool-sounding..

But I got it from the guitar/plectrums I use and love.. Fender .. and I got the 'Chiq' part from being a girl, 'chick', the Q symbolising the sound of the 'ck'.. and the kind of.. style. 'Chic'.. Hah. bad explanation.

But it's my username for almost everything anyway!

FCUK otherwise known as French Connection United Kingdom and also a pun on fuck. Forest = Nottingham Forest Football Club. The club I support and love. That brings me to fcuk4forest.

My old username was Kina_red. Kina = Kirkby IN Ashfield which is a town in Nottinghamshire which is where I live. The red bit refers to Nottingham Forest.

I got my name from the english Legend, yeah Robin Hood as i come from Nottingham and i can sneak around my house as silent as a ghost when i want to, one day my boyfriend said i was a "little theif" after i stole his chewing gum from his pocket LOL! So thats how i got the theif bit but every girl wants to be a princess....thus my name!

Ok, well as you all know i'm Samantha. And when i was little, my brothers and my cousins couldn't say my name properly, because of the 'th' sound. So the called me 'Mamfa' as it sounds a bit like Samantha, just with an F instead of TH. And they called me that for ages, and one conversation me and my best mates had at school was something along the lines of what we were cvalled when we were younger, or nicknames we had. And i had never had a nickname, i'd always been called Sam and i didn't like it as it made me sound like a tomboy, which i wasn't! And so they decided to give me a nickname, and so they slightly changed 'mamfa' to 'mamfy' and i have been called that ever since! Its funny because if were in town, they still call me it and everyone's likeO_Ohuh?! lol its hilarious:D
