In Nottm, there's like a takeaway place every fucking couple of meters haha

Mamfy
May 17th '06, 04:29 PM
No I mean I don't get fast food meals.

Bournemouth isn't bad. I'm a vegetarian so I find it hard to find good food for me in fas food restaurants etc.

Luke
May 17th '06, 05:27 PM
Veggie?

Why? Do you not like meat or do you not agree with it?

Mamfy
May 17th '06, 06:01 PM
The latter.

Luke
May 17th '06, 06:16 PM
Oh right.

It's apart of the food chain though. Animals kill animals for food.

Mamfy
May 17th '06, 06:34 PM
It's what I think and the way I live my life.

I am healthier now than I ever was when I ate meat.
I am happy and healthy and that's all that matters.

~Wayne~
May 17th '06, 08:03 PM

Vegetarians become weak and frail. FACT.

God.
May 21st '06, 02:15 PM
No it isn't... I know loads of veggies, and they're far from either.

FACT.

Luke
May 21st '06, 02:19 PM
I said 'become'. You will watch them deteriate over time.

Mamfy
May 21st '06, 02:36 PM
Forest, have you witnessed this? I know people who have been vegetarians all their life and they are healthier than some meat eaters.

God.
May 21st '06, 02:37 PM
I've known them for about 12 years, 10 of them in vegetarianism. They are no different to any meat eaters i know.

Luke
May 21st '06, 02:50 PM
Nah, i'm joking.

Just find non-meat eaters bizzarre.

Mamfy
May 21st '06, 03:09 PM
You don't like me then.
Fair enough.

Tim
May 21st '06, 03:23 PM

Luke
May 21st '06, 03:44 PM
You don't like me then.
Fair enough.

Are you making things up as you go along or what?

Pearson

Luke

Forest, you said you find veggies bizarre, so I'm bizarre :D

And how does that mean that I don't like you?

If you're in a mood don't bother talking to me cos I can't be arssed to put up with it to be honest.

Pearson
May 21st '06, 09:48 PM
I find alot, NOT ALL, alot of veggies annoying little fuck wits that think they can change the world and that think there better than me cos they dont eat chickens.

Just my view, dont take it to heart.

God.
May 22nd '06, 06:52 AM
hahaha... most of my veggie friends went veggie cos they couldn't stand the thought of eating meat. They take one look at me, and don't dare mention me stopping eating meat. :P

~Wayne~
May 22nd '06, 07:52 AM
Well I wouldn't really argue with you...lol

Mamfy
May 22nd '06, 07:53 AM
Forest, I'm not in a mood lol. I was just saying that I'm bizarre because it's a funny word :D

And I never try to make someone become a veggie, and I do not think that I can change the world. It's just what I want to do.

~Wayne~
May 22nd '06, 08:18 AM
Glad you ain't just following a group of people cause they're veggies...I hate people who do that sort of thing

Sponge'K'nob

~Wayne~
May 22nd '06, 08:32 AM
He does have a valid point there. The ones who go around saying stuff to people cause they aint veggies and enjoy the odd burger or w/e

Mamfy
May 22nd '06, 08:37 AM
I'm not like that. I don't eat any meat full stop. I didn't do it because I thought it was cool, or I joined a gang, I did it because I wanted to. My familky aren't veggies. I am the only one.

Tim
May 22nd '06, 10:56 AM
were well off topic lol

Pearson

You come accross as the type of person that would be a veggie, regardless of what you say I think your a veggie cos it fits into your whole persona.

Mamfy
May 22nd '06, 05:11 PM
I don't quite understand that. Could you elaborate?

Do you think I'm aveggie because I seem to have it in my genes or do I have the wrong end of the stick?

Pearson
May 22nd '06, 09:19 PM
Hard to explain really, ok this might sound weird but its the only way I can explain it - people that listen to heavy rock often wear black. So the type of people that listen to rock will be the same type of people, therel do the same sort of stuff, i.e all wear black. The type of person you come accross, seems to be the type of person that would be a veggie. Although theres not a name for your social group but its sort of like that. Weird comparisen I know but its just the way I view things in my head, I sort of group people into categrories and have assumptions on them, wrong I know but often strangely accurate.

~Wayne~
May 22nd '06, 09:30 PM
I get what you mean Pearson but it doesn't always comply. I don't wear all black nor never have but I s'pose it sounds more like a stereotype thing to me

Pearson
May 22nd '06, 09:45 PM

yer suppose it is. But its hard to stereotype mamfy cos theres not really a name for what id group her in, but yer the sterotype of what I see you as, is a veggie. If that makes any sense.

Tim
May 22nd '06, 11:04 PM
again weren't this about a 6 week challenge

God.
May 23rd '06, 08:33 AM

~Wayne~
May 23rd '06, 03:42 PM
The thing that annoys me is when people act/dress like a stereotype then try to say they ain't one...The worst for this are the emos...

-Luke-
May 23rd '06, 08:01 PM
Take it your not a fan of emo's then??
you should come to my school and fight them, half of the school are emo's

~Wayne~
May 23rd '06, 08:08 PM
No cause 9/10 are following the crowd and deny it!

-Luke-
May 23rd '06, 08:28 PM
lol, true true

~Wayne~

Thats because your from Befordshire which is posh. Alot of emo's and goths are posh people that want to be cool. Some how theyv got it in there heads that being an Emo is cool. Only to ridiculed by people like me on holiday for being posh, and being emo. ha ha ha!

Right okay gfair enough Pearson. So, is this stereotype of me an offensive thing that isn't a good thing to be or is it just neutral?

So, without me telling you I was a veggie, you would have assumed I was by the way I speak or the grammar or the content of what I say? Correct?

Pearson

Correct. Well I wouldnt have randomly assumed it but if it was brought up into conversation then yea, I wouldnt have been suprised. Just the basic way you are, not your grammer, just what you say and your opinions on things and I was'nt being offensive, just speaking my mind.

Mamfy
May 24th '06, 10:24 AM
Hey hey, I'm not offended at all! Don't worry about that :) I was just curious as to what you thought, that's all :)
It's quite interesting actually. Is it based on my opinoons and views on life, yeah?

~Wayne~
May 24th '06, 12:52 PM
I get Pearsons point here and it kinda does yeah, you can tell sometimes with how a person is

Pearson

Yer. See I new what I meant in my own head, just couldnt get it accross very well!

Mamfy
May 24th '06, 05:21 PM
Heh no worries. That's cool :)

Do you guys think me any less of a person for being a veggie?
And am I the typical 'everyone should stop eating meat I want to save the world' veggie?
